At every stage of your Intekron JXP deployment, there is a range of support and services available to ensure the success of your implementation.
Access to the Intekron Helpdesk is available for all registered users. If you have not already done so, please register with the Intekron website. After this, you will be able to login anytime to search the knowledgebase, submit support requests, and view the Intekron JXP Wiki.
Intekron Helpdesk
Intekron Helpdesk has many features designed to aid support staff and end-user track and manage support cases. Among them are:
- Integrated Knowledgebase - cases can be sent to the knowledgebase by setting a flag on the case
- Users can view progress on cases and submit additional information
- Users can upload and attach files to cases
- Built-in reporting shows time spent on problem categories, departments
